This course has been designed to enhance the knowledge of practitioners who wish to build upon the materials covered in Plan Examination 1 course to improve plan examination skills and abilities and develop strategies to enhance plan examination duties associated with larger Part 3 buildings. This course is not intended to cover technical code requirements, but the use of examples that we call “Building Blocks” will focus on the application of the Building Code and related standards, and the strategies and concepts in the course.
